摘要 上世纪90年代以来,国外提出了高绩效工作系统概念并迅速成为人力资源领域的研究热点。公共部门能否应用这些研究成果以及如何应用还是一个相对空白的研究领域。本文试图在回顾国内外研究的基础上对高绩效工作系统与环境的相互关系进行系统分析,结合公共部门的特点,分析其在高绩效工作系统应用中的优势和劣势,进而提出一些相关建议,为公共部门应用高绩效工作系统进行人力资源管理提供参考。 Since the 90s of last century, the concept of high-foreign countries, has quickly become a hot research topic in the field of human resources. However, the Chinese and foreign studies all focused on the private sector, and whether and how the public sector can apply these research results is still left a relatively blank area of research. This article attempts to make a systematic analysis of high--performance work system and its relationship with the environment by revie wing the researches both at home and abroad, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of applying high--performance work system in the public sector based on the characteristics whereof, as well as to make some recommendations, for the reference of the public sector when applying the high--performance work system for human resources management.
