摘要 基于吉布斯自由能最小原理和能量守恒原理建立了能预测废物经过热解、气化或焚烧处理后产物分布和净输入热功率的计算模型.采用EQUIL程序计算模拟了平衡产物成分随含水率、温度和过量空气系数的变化规律,并在此基础上得到温度和产物分布对净输入热功率的影响.研究结果表明,该计算模型能有效预测在废物热解、气化或焚烧处理过程中含水率、温度和过量空气系数对产物分布和净输入热功率的影响. A calculation model has been developed to predict product distribution and net input thermal power of high temperature thermal treatment of waste based on Gibbs free energy minimum principle and energy conservation principle. CHEMKIN-Ⅲ EQUIL subroutine is used to simulate product distribution after waste is treated. Based on product distribution, net input thermal power depending on excess air ratio is calculated. The research results show that calculation model can effectively predict product distribution and net input thermal power under different moisture content, temperature and excess air ratio during waste treatment process of pyrolysis, gasification and incineration.
