摘要
矿产资源勘查开发状况与我国的区域经济政策、区域矿产资源勘查与开发政策密切相关。１９５０～１９９８年，我国区域矿产资源的勘查与开发政策同我国区域经济政策一样，大致分为二个时期五个阶段，即以十一届三中全会为界的前后两个时期；前期又可以１９５７年和１９６５年为界分为三个阶段；后期则以１９９２年为界分为两个阶段。文章认为，矿产资源勘查与开发利用状况不仅受控于区域经济政策。
Abstract The present situation of mineral resource prospecting and exploitation is closely related with regional economic policy in our country. Like it, our prospecting and exploiting policy of regional mineral resources are divided into two periods and five stages from 1950 to 1998. The article considers that present situation of prospecting and exploitation and utilization of mineral resources not only is controled by regional economical policy, but also is component part of regional development and important decisive factor of promoting regional economic development and deciding distribution of productive forces.
