摘要 h指数作为一个科研评价的新指标,在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文通过对我国图书情报领域9名学者被引论文的统计和分析,探讨了h指数存在的缺陷,并提出了改进方法。通过实例验证,该方法能够提高h指数科研评价的科学性、完整性和公平性。 As a new index for scientific research evaluation,h-index is widely used in many fields.Based on the statistical analysis of the cited papers of 9 scholars in library and information science field in China,this article discusses the limitations of h-index,and introduces a method for improvement.The experimental results indicate the method can improve the scientificness,integrality and fairness of h-index in scientific research evaluation.
