摘要
针对工业过程控制中温度控制的参数时变和多测控点等特点,且要有较好的温度准确度和稳定度的问题,提出了一种基于Linux操作系统在ARM嵌入式系统上的通用多路工业温度控制系统。系统以ARM9为控制器,运用分时选通进行采温,可控硅调节方式控温,并采用改进型极限环法进行PID算法参数整定。该系统原理简单、体积小、易于扩展,在K型热电偶测温条件下可应用于各种测温场合,如:热处理、电阻炉等。将其在某高压管道焊接热处理过程中进行实验,结果表明,该温度控制稳态误差小于1℃,系统动态性能良好。
For the time-varying character and multi-point measurement of temperature control in the industrial process, A general multi-channel industrial temperature control system that based on Linux operating system in the ARM-embedded system is designed in the paper in order to get a good temperature accuracy and stability. ARM9 is as the controller. It uses the time-gating for temperature measurement and the SCR modulation for temperature control. The parameters tuning of the PID method adopts the improved limit cycle. The system is simple, small and easy to expand. In the condition of using K-type thermocouple to measure temperature, it can be applied to various occasions, such as: heat treatment, resistance boiler, and etc. It has been applied to the process of heat treatment processing in the steel pipe factory. The results show that steady-state error is less than 1℃, and the dynamic performance of the system is well.
