摘要 随着全球经济的发展以及工业企业之间竞争的加剧,企业对产品质量的要求越来越高,对生产过程的自动控制要求也越来越严格。在工业控制中,除了满足最基本的稳定性要求之外,对系统的可靠性和控制精度的要求也越来越高。为了提高控制系统的性能,选择和设计高精度的传感器固然重要,但后续转换处理电路也是很重要的。本文详细的研究了在Vx-Works嵌入式操作系统下,能够对多路光电编码器脉冲信号进行细分、计数以及传输的基于FPGA(现场可编程逻辑阵列)的嵌入式数据采集处理系统。 With the development of global economy as well as the increasing competition between industrial enterprises, the quality of products becoming more demanding, the requirements of production process automatic control becoming stricter. In industrial control, in addition to meet the most basic requirements of the stability, the reliability of the system and control accuracy become more and more important. In order to improve the performance of control systems, the design of high-precision sensor is important, but the conversion processing circuit is also very important.n this thesis, a detailed study of FPGA-based Data Acquisition and Processing System with VxWorks operating system is included, which can subdivision, counting and transmission multi-channel optical encoder pulse signal simultaneously.
