对西部地区高等中医药院校科学发展的思考

Scientific development of TCM colleges and universities in western region of China

党中央号召全党要"学习实践科学发展观"。对高等中医药高等教育工作者来说,中医药高等教育事业"要不要科学发展、能不能科学发展、怎么样科学发展"始终是我们最关注的问题。作为西部地区的高等中医药院校,一要始终立足省情、二要落实教育优先、三要坚持发展为先,才能实现科学发展。

The Central Committee of CPC calls on to study and practice the ＂Scientific Outlook on Development＂. For the faculty of higher TCM education the most important question is whether higher TCM educational undertaking develops scientifically or not, and how it develops scientifically. TCM colleges and universities in western region should put education and scientific development at the first place based on the provincial situation.
