教育思想是学校教育的灵魂,而教育观念的转变,是深化高等中医药教育改革的先导,只有完成了新的教育观念的转变,才能形成适应新世纪的需要,符合教育规律的改革和建设思路。从认识中医学教育改革的市场经济体制、医学教育、卫生需求变化、院校合并调整等背景出发,依据现代教育思想应从课程体系的重新构建、教学方法内容的深入探索、师资队伍的整体素质提高和管理水平的提高等4方面的基础工作入手,变革中医教育思想观念。

Educational ideology is the soul of school education. The change of educational ideology is the forerunner of deep reform of higher TCM education. Only when a new change of educational ideology is completed, can the train of thought of reform and construction come into being which adapt to the demand of new century and educational laws. The educational ideology will be transformed based on the knowledge of market economy system, medical education, health requirement and merger of educational institutions. The fundamental works include renewed curricular system, teaching content and methods, and improvement of teaching staff quality and management level.
