摘要
医学图像三维可视化方法分为面绘制和体绘制。讨论了两种绘制方法的思想和优缺点,介绍了两种算法的机理和实现过程。采用Visualization Toolkit进行医学数据可视化,分析了三维可视化工具包的原理,在VC++6.0平台下,结合可视化工具包,分别基于移动立方体算法和光线投影算法对人体脚趾CT图像进行可视化,并给出了实现可视化的算法过程和三维可视化结果。
Medical image visualization technologies divided into surface rendering and volume rendering. The merit and shortcoming of the two rendering methods were introduced. The mechanism and the realization of the two Algorithms were described. The mechanism of visualization tool package based on Visualization Toolkit is analyzed. In the paper,based on MC arithmetic and RC algorithm,VC++6.0 with Visualization Toolkit are adopted to reconstruct the 3D images using the CT picture sequence.
