面向自动影像测量的DXF图元识别

DXF Image Element Recognition for Automatic Image Measurement

为了提高影像测量的自动化,提出一种基于DXF(Drawing Exchange Format)文件的自动影像测量方法。通过分析DXF文件的数据格式、组码及关联值对的组成关系,研究读取DXF文件信息的方法,然后提取出图形信息,经过相关的信息处理后,加入到自动测量程序中,完成自动影像测量。实验结果表明:该方法能自动完成对工件的测量,平均测量速度每分钟10个图元,测量精度达到微米级,具有很强的适应性和实用性。

In order to improve the image measure automatization,an automatic image measure method based on DXF file is proposed. At the beginning,data formats,composed of pairs of codes and associated values of DXF file are analyzed. Then,the approach to read information from DXF file is studied to obtain figure information,which is processed and put into automatic measure program to finish the image measurement automatically. The measure for workpieces can be automatically completed,and the average measuring speed is ten figures per minute and its precision is within micron in the experiments,which indicate that the method proposed in the paper can meet the requirements of automatic image measure for precision and efficiency.
