摘要
在传统的汽车覆盖件设计过程中,设计人员大多把注意力集中在覆盖件的结构及其功能上,对其制造性考虑得较少,因此设计出的产品往往在制造过程中会出现一些问题。本文引入面向制造的设计(DFM)思想,利用多色集合理论,探讨了汽车覆盖件可制造性评价问题。建立了汽车覆盖件可制造性评价目标,并以汽车覆盖件拉延工艺为例,采用多色集合综合评价方法,详细描述了汽车覆盖件拉延工艺的可制造性评价过程。
Most designers focused more on the structure of the panel and its functions in traditional automobile panel design process,less on product manufacturability,so some manufacturing problems would appear. In this paper,the automotive panel manufacturabili-ty evaluation was discussed by using polychromatic sets and DFM. The automobile panel manufacturability evaluation objective was established. Using automobile panel drawing process as an example,and taking polychromatic sets comprehensive evaluation method,manufacturing evaluation process of the automobile panel drawing process was described in details.
