摘要
介绍了内陆港的含义、功能及意义,将遗传算法和模糊目标函数C-均值算法(FCM)相结合,对东北地区内陆港候选城市进行了聚类分析,并对内陆港的建设提出了建议。
This paper introduces the connotation,function and significance of inland ports,establishes a model combining genetic arithmetic and fuzzy clustering which can compensate the FCM algorithm s shortcomings of easily falling into the partial minimum for the cluster analysis of Northeastern China s inland port candidate city,and put forwards some suggestions for the constuction of inland ports.
