等离子梯度冶金碳化物高强韧截齿刀头 被引量:3

Carbide cutter with high strength and toughness produced by plasma gradient metallurgy technology

摘要 对等离子梯度冶金成型技术制备的截齿刀头组织结构与性能进行了分析。结果表明,利用该技术制备的高碳化物合金刀头在成分、组织与性能各方面均呈梯度分布,由高硬高耐磨的头部逐步过渡到与齿身性能接近的底部,头部含有大量WC硬质相,中部具有明显过渡层,底部强韧性进一步提高,且各部分性能均达到了传统截齿刀头的性能要求,节约了贵重金属。 The structure and properties of the cutter produced by DC-plasma gradient metallurgy technology were investigated.The results indicate that the component,structure and properties of the cutter with much carbide produced by the metallurgy technology present high hardness and high wear resistance and their gradient distribution from the cutter top to the bottom,at last the properties approach to the cutter body.The part top owns lots of WC,while the part median presents transition layer clearly and the bottom ,at last the properties approach to the cutter body. The part top owns lots of WC, while the part median presents transition layer clearly and the bottom part' s tenacious property increases. Each and all part of the cutter may be able to meet the technical requirements, and the technology can save precious metal.
