摘要
对焦炭塔整体热处理的方法和工艺系统等进行了介绍,并对整体热处理的应用效果进行了检验。结论表明,对15CrMoR钢焦炭塔采用整体热处理方法能够消除焦炭塔壳体焊接时产生的残余应力,改善焊缝接头的显微组织和性能,降低硬度,提高塑性和冲击韧性,并且取得了理想的效果。
The heat treatment process and system for the intearal coke tower,as well as the application effect of the process were introduced.The results show that,the welding residual stress of the tower for 15CrMoR steel treated by this process can be reduced,and the properties and microstructure of the weld improved,the hardness reduced,the plasticity and impact toughness of the steel increased,the desired results for the integral coke tower are achieved.
