不同温度与气体组分对黄金梨采后生理及贮运品质的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different temperature and gas components on post-harvest physiology and storage quality of Whangkumbae

摘要 以黄金梨为试材,研究不同贮藏温度和气体组分对黄金梨贮藏期内的可溶性固形物、Vc、还原糖、总糖、可滴定酸、多酚、丙二醛(MDA)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性等指标的影响,统计了贮藏210d后各处理的贮藏效果。黄金梨在贮藏150d内的结果表明:Vc和可滴定酸含量不断下降;多酚和MDA含量在贮藏初期逐渐升高,贮藏后期上升极快;还原糖、总糖和可溶性固形物含量在贮藏初期升高很快,贮藏后期逐渐下降;PPO活性则呈先降低后升高的总体变化;3%~5%的低O2气调配合0℃低温贮藏能显著抑制黄金梨的衰老进程,贮藏210d后,好果率达84.88%以上,果实失质量率仅为3.75%。 The changes of post-harvest physiology and storage quality of Whangkumbae under different temperature and gas components during storage were studied in this paper. The results showed that during 150 days storage,Vc and titratable acid content of Whangkeumbae decreased constantly,polyphenol and malonyldildehyde (MDA) content rose slowly in the earlier stage and rose rapidly in the later time,the contents of reducing sugar,total sugar and soluble solid increased gradually at prophase then decreased during anaphase,the activity of polyphenol-oxidase (PPO) decreased at initial stages and increased during telophase, controlled atmosphere and 0 ℃ storage had significant effects on delaying senescence, the percent of good fruits was over 84.88% whereas the less weightiness rate of Whangkeumbae was 3.75% under O2 content of 3%-5% and CO2content less than 1% after 210 days storage.
