蚕蛹蛋白及蚕蛹油提取工艺条件的改进 被引量:10

Study on the optimization of extraction technological conditions of silkworm pupa protein and oil

摘要 利用缫丝厂的副产物——蚕蛹为原料,碱法提取蛋白质。用单因素实验方法,对有机溶剂法浸提蚕蛹油的工艺条件进行研究,用正交实验确定蚕蛹油提取的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,宜州蚕蛹水分及蚕蛹油含量较高,蛋白质含量相对较低。以石油醚(沸程60~90℃)为浸提剂,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间2h,料液比1∶10(w/v)是比较理想的蚕蛹油提取工艺路线。该方法简单易行,节能高效,回收率高,对环境污染小。 The silkworm pupa protein drawing from dry silkworm chrysalis was investigated by alkaline abstracting method. The technological conditions of silkworm chrysalis oil extraction by organic solvent were studied with single factor experiment method. The best technological conditions of pupa oil abstracting was obtained with orthogonal test. It was showed that water and silkworm chrysalis oil content of silkworm chrysalis in Yizhou city are relatively higher. Otherwise,the silkworm pupa protein content is significant lower than that of the other regions. The relative optimal technical conditions of silkworm pupa oil extraction was temperature 60 ℃, time 2 hours, solvent 10 mL/g(ratio of solid-liquid 1:10, w/v), and petroleum ether which boiling range is 60- 90 ℃ may be used as extraction agent. Some advantages of this method is summarized as follows: simple and easy to do, energe saving and high efficiency, environmental friendly, high recovery rate.
