摘要
目的:分析宁夏珊瑚樱果实籽油中脂肪酸成分。方法:采用索氏提取法用石油醚提取了宁夏珊瑚樱果实籽油,萃取物经过干燥,皂化和-甲酯化处理,利用气质联用(GC-MS)技术分析珊瑚樱果实籽油中脂肪酸成分。结果:提取率为33.06%,碘价为90.4gI/100g。在测出的20种化合物中,脂肪酸有6种,其中相对含量最高的是亚油酸,占30.64%,其次是油酸,占19.49%,不饱和脂肪酸有2种,占50.13%;饱和脂肪酸有4种,占18.02%。其他成分占31.85%。结论:分析结果表明宁夏珊瑚樱果实籽油中富含亚油酸,故可作为获取亚油酸的油脂资源加以开发利用。
Objective:To analyze the fatty acids composition of Ningxia Solanum pseudocapsicum L. seed oil. Methods:The seed oil was extracted by soxhlet method. The fatty acids compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and their relative contents were calculated by the peak area ratio. Results:The extraction ratio is 33.06%,the iodine value is 90.4 gl/100 g,20 compounds were identified,among which 6 fatty acids existed in Ningxia Solanum pseudocapsicum L. seed oil,the main fatty acids are linoleic acid(30.64%), oleic acid(19.49%). The total content of the unsaturated fatty acids is 50.13%. Conclusion: Ningxia Solanum pseudocapsicum L. Seed is a natural resources obtaining linoleic acid.
