摘要
以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵与氯乙酸钠醚化法,制备了不同羧甲基取代度的交联两性淀粉(以下简称CAS),并采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得样品进行表征。实验结果表明:原淀粉已经羧甲基化与季铵基化,得到CAS。在T=25℃、t=20min。pH4.0的吸附条件下,使用CAS吸附含Cr(VI)的重金属废水;当m(CAS)=50mg时,CAS吸附效果最佳。△Hθ与△Gθ为负值,说明CAS吸附Cr(VI)的过程是放热的,且在常温下可自发进行。
Different degrees of substitution carboxymethyl anionic group are prepared by using epichlorohydrin and 3-Chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as crosslinked agent. The resultant materials were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The results show that native starch has been modified by carboxymethyl anionic group and quaternary ammonium group. Adsorption behavior of potassium dichromate wastewater by CAS is carried out under the conditions of T=25 ℃,t=20 min initial pH4.0 and CAS dosage being 50 mg.The results show that the optimum level of CAS dosage is 50mg. The negative values of △Hθ and △Gθ indicate that the adsorption process is exothermic and an increase in the feasibility of adsorption process at lower temperature.
