摘要
使最具经营能力的人成为经营者是保证企业长期有效运作的核心所在。本文在分析日本企业经营者选拔的一般条件和选拔机制的基础上,认为日本企业在经营者选拔方面的高度重视、严格职业条件、着重来源的内部化及选拔方式的多样化,对我国的企业改革和经营者队伍建设具有借鉴作用。
Choosing talented people according to their managerial abilities as enterprise managers is the core of which guarantees the enterprise's long term prosperity. This paper analyses the selection mechanism and the qualifications, the author deems that Japan's enterprises pay great attention to the choice of managers. The professional requirements for being a manager are very stiff in Japan, they focus on the internal staff and adopt diverse forms of choice, in this way, they select the worthy and promote the capable.
