摘要
介绍了铝合金挤压模具的设计、制造、检验、组装、试模、氮化与使用中应注意的主要事项。论述了模具修正的原理、原则及常用工具,并结合生产现场出现的技术质量难点,分析了问题产生的原因及解决的方法。
As regarding aluminum extrusion die, this thesis introduced its design, manufacture, inspection, assembly, testing die, nitridation and attention points in usage, described the principle and conventional tools of modification, and combining on-site technology difficulty and quality problems, analyzed reasons for and solutions to the problems.
