发酵性丝孢酵母产生油脂条件的优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过摇瓶培养优化试验,对发酵性丝孢酵母菌体生长与产油脂相关影响因素进行了单因子试验,确定了发酵性丝孢酵母最佳生长及产脂条件:葡萄糖质量分数12%,碳氮比75,乙醇体积分数0.2%,接种量10%,发酵时间4 d,温度27℃,产脂培养基初始pH值5.8,震荡培养150 r.min-1,300 mL三角瓶装液量25 mL,优化后可得生物量31.26 g.L-1发酵液,油脂含量60.20%,产油率达15.81%. By the flask experiments of single factor test affecting Trichosporon fermentans growth and lipid production, the optimal fermentation conditions were studied. The glucose concentration, C/N ratio the added amount of ethanol for lipid production were 12% ,75 and 0.2% respectively. The optimal culture temperature,initial pH and inoculum concentration were 27 ℃,5.8 and 10% , respectively. The time of culture:4 d. Culture shock 150 r·min^-1 ,Flask of liquid volume 300 mL flask fluid volume 25 mL. Under the optimized culture conditions, the biomass, lipid content and lipid yield of Trichosporonfermentans reached 31.26 g ·L^-1 ,60.2% and 15.81% , respectively.
