摘要 Rogowski线圈电流传感器在电力系统获得了越来越广泛的应用。为了研究Rogowski线圈的互换性,采用直接测量法对制作的Rogowski线圈的互感进行了测量,比较了各种不同条件下的测量结果。测量结果表明Rogowski线圈互感在不同条件下具有较大的分散性,应在实际应用中进行标定;Rogowski线圈互感的偏差受制造工艺水平影响很大,因此互换性较差。为解决这些问题,提出一种将可调电阻作为线圈的负荷电阻安装在线圈本体上的方法,可调电阻为线圈输出提供无源补偿,便于制造具有一致输入输出特性的标准化线圈,提高了线圈的互换性,避免了更换线圈后对整个系统进行重新校准。最后分析了这种补偿方式带来的误差,结果表明它具有很好的性能。 In order to investigate the interchangeability of the Rogowski coil, the mutual inductance of a coil under different test conditions were measured using high precision multimeter and compared. The test results show that, the changes Of the mutual inductance can not be neglected and it should be measured under the condition with which the coil actually works; Manufacturing variations influence the mutual inductance greatly and make a bad interchangeability. To solve these problems, an adjustable resistor is suggested to be placed on the coil as a terminating resistance to provide a passive compensation solution, enabling coil manufacturers to produce coils with uniform performance increasing interchangeability while reducing manufacturing complexity. Recalibration is not needed when such a coil is replaced. The error analysis shows the coil with adjustable resistance has a very good performance.
