摘要
针对目前覆冰环境参数测量的难题,根据现有的一些覆冰模型,建立了新的覆冰预测模型,分析了水滴的两个参数(液态水含量(LWC)和中值体积直径(MVD))和风速对不同直径圆柱体覆冰质量和覆冰厚度的影响,根据上述三参数对不同直径圆柱体覆冰质量之间的特性关系,采用数学拟合逼近方法,利用MATLAB编制了基于旋转多圆柱形导体覆冰质量的三参数分析程序,在人工气候室里完成覆冰试验验证,并采用激光粒度仪和风速仪测试对比验证。结果表明,基于旋转多圆柱形导体对水滴参数和风速测量计算是可行的,提出的数学拟合逼近计算方法正确,编制的参数分析程序合理,收敛性比较好,可以在恶劣的覆冰环境下实现对水滴参数和风速的快速测量。
Aiming at the problem of the icing environmental parameters measurement, we established an icing predicted model on the basis of the present models, and analyzed the icing mass characteristic impingement of three icing parameters, two droplets parameters (liquid water content (LWC) and median volume diameter (MVD)), and air speed. A MATLAB analysis program of three parameters was programmed by the mathematical fitting approximation method. Icing experiment was done in the artificial climate chamber. And the calculated results were compared with the testing results by laser particle analyzer apparatus and the air speed measurement apparatus. The results show that the three-parameter analysis method based on these rotating multi-cylindrical conductors is feasible, the mathematical fitting approximation calculation method is correct, the parameters analysis program is rational with better convergence. These methods can be used for rapid measurement in the bad icing condition.
