摘要
针对目前市级计量检定机构,电能表检定人工环节多,效率低下的实际情况,创新了一种电能表检定模式,全面实现检定全过程智能化、自动化,无人工干预,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,提高工作质量。系统采用模块化设计,主要由上料装置、传输装置、检定装置、气压接拆线装置、图像识别和接线温度监控装置、装箱装置等组成。通过关键技术的研究与开发,由传输装置将各功能模块紧密集成,通过计算机程序,控制自动化设备和电能表检定,形成流水线式的智能化检定系统。系统的研究和应用,彻底改变了传统检定模式下大量机械式、重复性的人工作业方式,是电能计量技术的一次全新突破。该系统已在浙江绍兴电力局计量中心实施,效益十分明显。
In the view of the current municipal metrological verification institutes, the actual situation of artificial verification which have too many links and inefficiencies, this paper proposed a electric energy meter verification mode, which can realize intelligent, automatic, no manual intervention, improving work efficiency and quality, and reducing the labor intensity. The system uses modular design, mainly composing of the feeding device, transmission device, verification device, barometric connecting and disconnecting device, LED picture identifying device, temperature monitoring, packing devices etc. Through research and development of key technologies, the transfer device making close integration of each functional module, by the verification of the computer program, control automation equipment and electric energy meter, the line-type and intelligent verification system has formed. The research and application of the system have completely change the traditional mode of testing a large number of complex mechanical, repetitive manual operations, making an innovative technology for energy measurement. The system has been implemented in Zhejiang electric power bureau metrological center, and the benefit is fairly obcious.
