摘要
人力资源是企业核心竞争力资源,而员工对企业的认同是企业竞争优势的源泉。本文在对企业员工认同感内涵分析的基础上,运用个体行为理论构建企业员工认同感形成模型,分析影响企业员工认同感形成的主要因素,提出要从使员工了解企业、认同企业文化、认识职业岗位等环节入手,培育企业员工认同感。
Human resource is a resource of enterprise's core competitiveness, while employees' sense of enterprise identity is the resource of enterprise's competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of context of sense of enterprise employee identity, and applying the Individual Behavior Theory, this paper constructs a modal of sense of enterprise employee identity formation, analyzes major factors influencing the formation of sense of enterprise employee identity, and puts up with measures to foster sense of enterprise employee identity by starting with links of acquainting employees with enterprise, recognizing corporate culture, identifying professional positions.
