摘要
摘要研究了空心玻璃微球对酚醛树脂(PF)的影响,通过光学显微镜和红外光谱证实了空心玻璃微球的存在。加入质量分数为5%的空心玻璃微球时,PF的硬度和热稳定性均得到提高,在空心玻璃微球小于等于15μm时高于纯PF。固定空心玻璃微球为15μm,PF的硬度和热稳定性随着玻璃微球含量的增加先迅速后缓慢提高;冲击强度则随含量的增加先增加后降低,在质量分数5%时达到最大值。
The effect of hollow glass microsphere (HGS) on phenolic resins (PRs) were investigated. The addition of 5wt% of HGS into PR led to the increase of hardness and thermal stability. As the particle size of HGS ≥800 meshes, the impact strength of modified PR was higher than pure PR, and as the particle size of HGS kept the same (800 meshes) , the hardness and thermal stability of the modified PR increased along with the raise of HGS content, while the impact strengths firstly increased and then decreased, which reached the top at 5wt% of HGS.
