基于Taguchi和UDE试验设计的注塑工艺参数优化 被引量:7

OPTIMIZATION OF INJECTION PROCESSING PARAMETERS BASED ON TAGUCHI AND UNIFORM DESIGN OF EXPERIMENT

摘要 基于Taguchi试验设计和均匀试验设计(UDE)方法,应用Moldflow对注塑过程进行模拟,对模拟结果分析处理,优化注塑工艺参数,并分析比较了Taguchi试验设计和UDE方法应用于注塑工艺优化的特点。结果表明,Faguchi试验设计和UDE均能满足注塑工艺优化的要求,但对多因素多水平试验,UDE方法试验次数较少,效率较高,优化结果较理想。 Injection molding was simulated in Moldflow based on Taguchi and Uniform Design of Experiment. The simulating result was analyzed and injection process parameters were optimized, and characteristics of optimization of process parameters based on Taguchi Design of Experiment and Uniform Design of Experiment were compared. The result indicated that both Taguchi and Uniform Design of Experiment were satisfy for optimization of injection process parameters, and Uniform Design of Experiment was more efficiency and ideal on many factors and many levels experiment.
