板材用ABS树脂改性及其加工应用

MODIFICATION OF ABS USES OF PLATE AND ITS PROCESS APPLICATION

采用乳液接枝聚合-(苯乙烯/丙烯腈)共聚物(SAN)掺混法制备(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS),并考察不同SAN掺混配方及挤出工艺对ABS板材专用料性能的影响,确定最佳配方。添加适当改性剂改善树脂基体与填料之间的相容性,通过不同润滑剂的添加研究树脂熔体流动速率对材料加工性能及板材外观质量的影响,开发出性能与商品专用料相当的ABS板材专用料。

Three kinds of SAN were investigated for improving ABS properties and determining the recipe. Adding some modifier properly could enhance the compatibility between matrix and inorganic fillers. Different lubricants were introduced to study the relationship between melt flow rate and the material processing feasibility and product appearance. The new ABS panel was developed, and its performance was similar to product special materials.
