摘要
本文研究了Sendust软磁合金复合材料在动态场和高频下涡流损耗、磁滞损耗等的主要机理,侧重报道Sendust软磁合金材料的磁损耗理论和实验工艺研究相结合所作的工作,并介绍了用于EM I抑制的Sendust软磁复合材料元器件的制作过程,经测试其在频段范围800MHz^1.5GHz内,磁导率虚部平均值为10.4,平均抑制效果(S21)可达11.5dB。
The main mechanism of eddy current losses and hysteretic loss of Sendust Soft - magnetic alloy material used in dynamic field and high frequency was studied in this thesis, and process of experiment design was detail introduced. Accordingly the course that how to prepare the Sendust soft -magnetic alloy material~ used in EMI suppression aspect in high frequency was reported. It wad testified that the average value of Im of permeability is 10.4 and S21 is 11.5dB in frequent range between 800MHz and 1.5GHz.
