自我管理教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

The application effect of self-management education among diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨自我管理教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法对62例糖尿病患者进行为期半年的自我管理教育,比较教育前后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和自我管理能力的变化。结果干预后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖明显下降(P<0.05),自我管理能力得到提高。结论自我管理教育能使患者自我管理能力加强,空腹血糖?餐后2h血糖值降低,病情稳定,改善其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of self--management education among diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Sixty--two patients who had received self--management education for at least 6 months, They were taught the knowledge about diabetes and the methods to solve the problems in daily dialysis life, We used various education styles, Such as group discussion, individual instructions. Ect. after 6 months education ,we compared the patients＂ fast blood glucos. blood glucose two hours after diet. and self--management capacity. Results After 6 months the patients＂ fast blood glucose, blood glucose two hours after diet decresed, the patients＂ self--management capacity were be enhanced（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Self--management education can improve patients＂ self--management capacity and reduce their fast blood glu- cose. blood glucose two hours after diet. stabilize the illness and improve their quality of life.
