摘要
以腋芽茎段为外植体进行‘渝茶1号’离体培养与植株再生研究.结果表明,起始培养基以改良MS+2mg/LBA+0.1mg/LNAA较为适宜,平均诱导率达71.1%;继代增殖培养基以改良MS+1.5mg/LBA+0.2mg/LNAA+0.5~1mg/LGA3为宜,增殖系数达3.37;生根培养基以1/2MS+5mg/LIBA为宜,生根率达55.6%.
In this experiment,stem-segments with axillary buds of Camellia sinensis 'Yu Cha No.1' were used as explants in in vitro culture for rapid propagation.The results showed that the optimum medium for bud regeneration was MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,with an average induction rate of 71.1%,and the optimum subculture multiplication medium was MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NA 0.2 mg/L+GA 3 0.5-1.0 mg/L,on which each explant produced 3.37 plantlets on the average.The frequency of rooting was over 55.6% on 1/2MS medium supplemented with 5.0 mg/L IBA.
