糖基化亚硝基血红蛋白制备工艺参数的优化 被引量:3

摘要 以鸭血为原料制备亚硝基血红蛋白,采用壳聚糖对亚硝基血红蛋白进行糖基化,研究了糖基化反应过程中亚硝基血红蛋白与壳聚糖浓度的比例、加热温度、加热时间及pH对反应产物浓度(吸光值)的影响.试验表明:壳聚糖糖基化鸭血亚硝基血红蛋最佳反应条件为:亚硝基血红蛋白与糖浓度比例为4.1:1,反应温度63℃,反应时间14min,反应液pH5.3. Nitroso-hemoglobin (NO-Hb) was prepared from duck flood and NO-Hb was treated with chitosan to prepare glycosylated NO-Hb.Influences of the ratio of NO-Hb/chitosan concentration,pH of the solution,heating temperature and heating time on glycosylation reaction were studied by absorbance testing of production.The optimal conditions of the reaction were that the ratio of concentration between NO-Hb and chitosan was 4.1∶1,heating temperature was 63 ℃,heating time was 14 min and pH of the reaction solution was 5.3.
