摘要
本文介绍一种线绕大电感的测量方法,采用正弦信号作为激励信号,利用测量正弦信号相量的方法测量线圈的电感量。同时还介绍了利用Hilbert变换测量正弦信号相量的方法,以及正弦信号的产生办法。此测量方法的应用彻底避免了线圈内阻的影响,提高了测量精度,对采用线绕漆包线圈作为信号传感器的场合有较好的利用价值。
This paper presents a method of solenoid coil inductance measurement with sine wave excitation, which measures the in-ductance by measuring of sine wave vector. The method to measure the real part and imaginary part of sine voltage vector is also in-troduced. The method to generate a sine wave voltage is given too. This method eliminates the influence of coil inner resistance com-pletely, and makes inductance measurement accuracy higher, which is very useful for the sensor formed of solenoid coil.
