激光限界检测中扫描系统的设计

摘要 激光限界检测被广泛用于隧道的断面检测,而检测精度直接受限于其扫描系统的性能。采用步进电机及其微步距驱动技术,设计了一套限界检测中的扫描系统。阐述了系统的扫描原理,并给出了扫描控制流程。系统结构简单,扫描精度可调,可应用于不同要求的扫描场合。 Laser clearance inspection technology has been widely used in tunnel profiling, the detecting precision of laser clearance inspection system is affected by the performance of its scanning system directly. Based on stepper motor and micro-stepping driving technology, a scanning system is presented in this paper. The principle and the detection flow is introduced. Because of the simpleness of configuration and the flexible detecting precision, this scanning system can be used for different solutions.
