摘要
本文以电动自行车用无刷直流电动机控制系统为研究对象,研究了电动自行车用无刷直流电动机的数学模型。选择CY8C24423A单片机为控制核心,构建无刷直流电动机控制系统,并给出了总体方案和关键环节的具体设计方案。按照设计方案,进行了硬件电路设计和系统软件的设计。在实验样机上,采用了模糊自适应整定PI控制策略,实验结果表明控制系统运行平稳,速度跟踪快速准确,且具有较高的控制精度。
The control system of brushless DC motor for electric bicycle is used as study object in this paper, and the mathematical model of brushless DC motor for electric bicycle is also studied. Single-chip of CY8C24423A is applied as control of core, which builds the control systems of brushless DC motor, give the overall program and the key steps to the specific design. According to the design scheme, hardware circuit and system software are designed. In the experimental prototype, the control strategy of fuzzy adaptire tuning PI is adopted. The results of experiment show that: the control system is running smoothly, quickly, tracking the speed accurately and has higher control precision.
