摘要
本文在传统的直流双闭环控制器的基础上进行了改进,用模糊控制的方法代替了原来的转速调节器,而电流调节器采用经典的PI控制方法。本文分析了系统的全数字化调速原理,阐述了双闭环搞速系统的硬件组成和软件设计,并且在DSP芯片上通过软件编程代替了硬件电路,克服了传统模拟系统的线路复杂、通用性差等缺点。这种系统在调速性能要求较高的场合有着广泛的应用。
This paper have made a improvement on the conventional DC double closed loop controller, uses fuzzy control technique replaces former rotate speed regulater, but current regulater still uses classical PI control technique. In this paper, speed control theory and hardware and software are described in detail, this speed control of system have achieved the enterprise produces production request. And it uses software programme replace hardware circuit, conquer the shorts such as circuit complexity and poor generality of simulation system and so on. This systems can be used in advanced control field all over the agriculture and industry.
