云南汉族多形性日光疹与HLA—DQB1、DPB1等位基因相关性研究

摘要
多形性日光疹(PLE)的发病机制尚不清楚,普遍认为是紫外线照射下所引起的机体对未知抗原的迟发性免疫反应。Millard等利用经典的双胞胎模型研究得出PLE具有较强的遗传性。人类白细胞抗原是人类主要的遗传标志,主要参与对抗原的提呈即对抗原的处理,无论是内源性还是外源性抗原的处理都需要HLA的参与。
