阿维A治疗四例基底细胞上皮瘤临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 基底细胞上皮瘤（basal cell carcinoma，BCC）为常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤之一，治疗方法包括手术切除、激光、冷冻、放疗及局部细胞毒类药物治疗等。因为皮损位于面部，治疗的目的是永久治愈并获得最佳美容效果。我们确诊4例老年面部基底细胞上皮瘤，因患者要求治疗但拒绝手术，选择口服阿维A及外用0．1％维A酸乳膏（迪维霜）治疗，取得满意效果。
