The Logical Necessity in the Proposition of Scientific Construction of the Party

党的十七届四中全会提出了"党的建设科学化"命题,这是我们党应对世情、国情、党情变化的必然选择,是对共产党执政规律认识的必然升华,体现了历史性与时代性、继承性与创新性、经验性与规律性、批判性与建设性的统一,昭示了推进党的建设新的伟大工程的必由之路。这一命题闪烁着唯物辩证法的思想光辉,是新形势下加强和改进党的建设的行动指南。

The proposition of ＂scientific construction of the Party＂ was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of 17th CPC Central Committee, which is the logical choice of CPC in responding to the changing situations in the world, the state and the Party. It is cognitional sublimation of the laws in the Party＇s governing. It embodies the unity of history and modernness, inheritance and innovation, experience and discipline, and criticism and construction. With its materialistic dialectics, the proposition serves as the guide for strengthening and oromoting the construction of the Party in novel situations.
