Internet activates the derivative capacity of language. Internet communities like to use a kind of non-universal variant of language, which has turned out to be a carrier of cyber culture. Analyzed ontologically and from the perspective of cultural linguistics, Internet language variant can be found to have its unique nature of humanity while it is limited to a bound scope of dissemination and remains functionally deficient.
