番泻叶治疗氯氮平所致便秘89例疗效观察

Observation on the effects of senna on constipation due to Clozapine,a report of 89 cases

用番泻叶治疗氯氮平所致便秘，并与果导对照观察。结果：番泻叶２４小时内有效率为７９．７８％，果导为５６．５２％；番泻叶平均起效时间为９．６３±４．０４小时，果导为１１．８０±４．９１小时，均有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：在治疗氯氮平所致便秘中，番泻叶较果导疗效好，起效快。番泻叶组虽有５例出现腹部不适，无需处理。

The constipation due to Clozpine was treated by senna,compared with Tab phenolphthaleinum.Result:The senna effective rate in 24 hours was 79.79%,Tal phenolphthaleinum was 56.52%;The time that senna took effect was 9.63±4.04 hours,Tab phenolphthaleinum was 11.80±4.91 hours,the difference were significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:Senna took effect quickly and has good effect and small side effect.
