表面活性蛋白A基因单核苷酸多态性与成年女性尿路感染易感性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 在反复发作的尿路感染(UTI)患者中,只有部分患者存在明显的易感或诱发因素。目前尿路上皮细胞的天然免疫功能在UTI中的作用逐渐引起了关注^[1]。表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)是最早发现于肺组织的一种天然免疫分子,在肺部的宿主免疫和炎性反应调节方面起着重要作用;其基因的遗传变异导致了人群对多种肺部疾病不同的易感性^[2]。
