中国美貌人群前额与上中切牙矢状向关系的初步研究 被引量:4

AP relationship of the maxillary central incisors to the forehead in adult attractiveness

摘要 目的:研究中国美貌人群前额与上中切牙矢状向关系。方法:选取118幅国人明星侧面照,其中女61例,男57例,选择3个软组织标志点,在计算机上用PhotoshopCS3软件进行定点测量前额最上点(F1)与上中切牙颊面中点(FA)的距离,前额倾斜度,SPSS13.0统计软件对两个样本(F1)点与(FA)点的距离统计分析,并对F1至FA点的距离与前额倾斜度进行相关分析。结果:在男性组样本中,上中切牙的位置与前额倾斜度关系密切(r2=0.697)。在女性组,上中切牙的位置与前额倾斜度有明显关系(r2=0.656)。两个样本上中切牙前后向关系及前额倾斜度的均值有显著性差异(P=0.001),上中切牙与前额的前后向距离没有统计学差异(P=0.161)。中国人上中切牙的位置位于前额F1与眉间点之间,并与前额的倾斜度有显著关系。结论:前额是评估上中切牙位置的一个重要参考点。 Objective: To evaluate and compare the anteroposterior relationship of the maxillary central incisors to the forehead in adult femouse star with harmonious profiles. Method: One handred and enghiteen photographic images of adult femouse star with good facial harmony were compared and evalated in which 57 for male sampleand 61 for female sample. All images were of the face in profile with the maxillary central incisors and the forehead in full view. The images were resized, and rotated to the natural head position. Reference lines were constructed to assess the anteroposterior positions of the maxillary central incisors as well as forehead inclinations. Result: In both samples,The positions of the maxillary central incisors were strongly correlated with forehead inclination (for male r^2=0.697 and for female r^2=0.656). The difference be-tween the means for AP relationship of the maxillary central incisors to the forehead was poorly significant (P =0.161). The difference between the means for forehead inclination was statistically significant (P = 0.01). Conclusion: The forehead is an important landmark to anteroposterior maxillary incisor.
