摘要
采用反应注射成型法制备了聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)材料,力学性能测定结果表明所得材料具有较高韧性和刚性.利用MM-200摩擦试验机考察了PDCPD材料在干摩擦和液体石蜡润滑下的摩擦学性能,结果表明:干摩擦条件下,负荷在一定范围内时材料呈现黏着磨损,而当负荷较高时,发生严重的机械切削和塑性变形,呈现类似于疲劳磨损的磨损方式;液体石蜡润滑条件下,材料呈现典型的磨粒磨损,在所研究的负荷范围内表现出优良的摩擦学性能.
Polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) was synthesized through reaction injection molding. The results showed that it possessed high toughness and rigidity. The tribological properties of PDCPD under both dry sliding and oil-lubricated conditions were studied using a MM-200 friction and wear tester. And the results showed that wear of PDCPD was dominated by adhesive wear at low loads under dry sliding,however,at high load severe mechanical cutting and plastic deformation appeared. The wear mode was similar to fatigue wear. Under oil-lubricated condition,wear of PDCPD was dominated by typical abrasive wear,and PDCPD presented excellent tribological properties.
