摘要
单纯采用形态学方法对肺小结节做出准确定性诊断较为困难。肿瘤倍增时间是反映肿瘤生长特征的重要指针,计算肺小结节的肿瘤倍增时间,对其定性诊断有重要价值。近年来,采用高分辨率CT(High resolution CT,HRCT)或多层螺旋CT(Multi-detectorrow CT,MDCT)测定肿瘤倍增时间的研究取得了一些进展,本文着重就肺癌肿瘤倍增时间特点及其病理学基础作一综述。
It is difficult to make a definite diagnosis of lung cancer only based on the morphological features. As the tumor doubling time is a good index of tumor growth, the diagnosis of lung cancer can be substantiated by measuring the tumor doubling time. Recently, the researches using high resolutioin CT (HRCT) or multi-detector row CT (MDCT) to calculate the tumor doubling time of lung cancer and the clinical applications have made some progress. In this paper, we reviewed the pathological basis and characteristics of tumor doubling time in lung cancer.
