摘要
采用维生素Ｂ１２足三里穴位注射配合康复治疗仪治疗小儿秋季腹泻４０例，并与同期婴幼儿秋季腹泻３８例常规治疗进行对照，在症状消失、补液量及康复时间均有显著性差异。
Forty cases of infantile autumnal diarrhea were treated by point injection of vitamin B 12 into Zusanli(S26) plus rehabilitation instrument, and they were compared with 38 cases having the same course of disease and receiving routine treatment. There were significant differences in the disappearance of symptoms, the amount of infused fluid and the time of rehabilitation.
