摘要
目的观察新普连膏外用对银屑病样小鼠模型的影响。方法新普连膏外涂小鼠尾部鳞片14d后,取鼠尾组织病理检查,设有安慰剂组及空白对照组。结果新普连膏对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的促进作用最为明显(F=235.83,P<0.0001)。结论从动物模型的角度验证了新普连膏治疗银屑病有效。
Objective To investigate the influence on the process of keratinization in the mouse-tails' flakes after topical use of Xin Pulian emulsion. Methods Xin Pulian emulsion and placebo emulsion was respectively used in the tails of normal mice. The effect of Xin Pulian emulsion on granular layer mouse-tails scale epidermis was observed by longitudinal histological sections prepared from the tail skin. Results It showed that the formation of the granular layers in the flakes of the mouse-tails was facilitated in Xin Pulian emulsion groups. There were statistical signifieances among these three groups (F=235.83 ,P〈0.000 1). Conclusion This study shows the facilitated formation of the granular layers in the flakes of the mouse-tails. Xin Pulian emulsion in topical treatment probably could be against psoriasis.
