慢性荨麻疹患者血清白介素-4、白介素-6、白介素-8、白介素-10及IFN-γ的检测及临床意义 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨慢性荨麻疹患者血清细胞因子水平测定的临床意义。方法随机选择慢性荨麻疹患者32例,健康检查的正常人32名,分为两组,分别测定其血清中白介素(IL)-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及干扰素(IFN)-γ的含量。结果慢性荨麻疹患者组血清中IL-4、IL-8水平显著高于正常对照组(均P<0.01);IL-6、IL-10水平略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);而IFN-γ水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及IFN-γ水平异常,提示慢性荨麻疹的发病与免疫机制有关。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of chronic urticaria by detecting the levels of interleukin (IL)-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and interferon (IFN)-γ in the serum of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods 32 patients with chronic urticaria and 32 healthy people were divided into two groups. The serum levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and IFN-γ were determined separately. Results The levels of IL-4 and IL-8 were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P〈0.001). The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were slightly higher than those in healthy controls, but there were no difference (P〉0.05) ;while the level of IFN-γ was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (P〈0.001). Conclusion Chronic urticaria may be related with immune defenee mechanism by means of the abnormal level of IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and IFN-γ of patients with chronic urticaria.
