国产皮下埋植避孕剂多中心临床研究

A multicenter study on clinical application of implantable contraceptives.

目的研究国产Ⅰ、Ⅱ型皮下埋植避孕剂应用后妊娠率、使用率及副反应等。方法选择本省９个市、县１９７６例合格对象，观察埋置后６、１２、２４个月应用效果。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ型的随访率为９１４％，续用率分别为８５７８／１００及８５６７／１００接受者；累计妊娠率为０１０１／１００及０４０４／１００接受者。主要副反应为月经紊乱，以半年内较突出，随后渐减少，因反应终止用药者占总终止人数的７５％。结论国产皮下埋植避孕法是一种高效的避孕方法，有较高的可接受性，可供广大育龄妇女选用。

Objective To compare the efficacies between two types of implantable contraceptives. Methods Type Ⅰ contraceptives were implanted in 987 women and type Ⅱ contraceptives in 989 women. Two-year cumulative pregnancy rates and side-effects intra the two types were compared. Results The two-year cumulative pregnancy rates per 100 women of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ were 0 101 and 0 404 respectively. The major side-effects were menstrual disturbances. Type Ⅰ had a higher incidence of amenorrhea and infrequent/scanty menstruation than type Ⅱ. The side-effects tended to decrease with time. Conclusion The implantable contraceptives are safe, effective and acceptable, and may be applicated by women of reproductive age.
