摘要
肾脏黏液性管状和梭形细胞癌是2004年WHO泌尿和生殖系统肿瘤分类新确定的一种少见的低度恶性肾上皮肿瘤，以往常被诊断高度恶性肉瘤样癌或集合管癌，自2000年至2008年我院共收治3例，现报告如下。
